We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • All returns must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Exchange requests for different sizes or colors must be submitted as a new purchase.

  • We are unable to hold items for exchange during the return process.

  • Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will not include any original shipping charges.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or custom products are final sale.

  • Items marked “final sale” in the product description cannot be returned.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as undergarments or beauty products) are not eligible for return.

  • Any items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
